All of our marketing and publicity offerings begin with an Author Discovery Session. After you complete the author questionnaire that will be emailed to you, our marketing team will arrange a time to meet with you over the phone for a detailed interview, during which we will delve into information about your book, background, platform, and goals. Our goal in the Author Discovery Session is to learn everything we can about you, in order to best serve you in the subsequent marketing and publicity offerings. It is crucial that you complete the entire questionnaire in advance. Not paying attention to the questionnaire will hamper your entire campaign.
After receiving access to your social media accounts, our staff will evaluate your profiles to determine if they are congruent with your book theme and professional platform. Staff members will then suggest an alignment that meets your needs regarding your website, Reader’s Legacy, or another outlet. This is established during a consultation process.
Once your social media setup has been approved, our graphic designers will create all new imagery for your various channels that is aligned with your brand, your book, and your website.
Based on the package you have purchased, the social media team will create the package you need to promote yourself and your book across your various channels. This content will be posted on GoRead, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Per month, there is an allotted budget for advertising your book and profiles on Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, we will ‘boost’ certain posts that need extra exposure. You can discuss the intricacies with your social media manager. If you choose to increase your social media advertising budget, we will set up a plan and strategy.
A press kit is a physically printed, 6×9 trifold brochure used to market “who you are,” your upcoming book, your speaking and media interview availability, and any additional company or platform information. This piece is sent out in tandem with a galley copy of the book to your influencers, and is used to help them understand the full extent of your brand and qualifications.
A cover letter is a custom letter written to each influencer. This is mailed out with the galley copy of the book and the press kit.
You will work directly with the marketing team to identify a list of the most advantageous individuals, companies, or organizations to receive a galley copy of your book. “Galley” is an industry term for an advanced version of a book available to exclusive individuals, pre-launch. You will be responsible for contacting these people and getting them interested in receiving an advance copy of your book. You will be responsible for the follow up and obtaining the endorsements. These copies are sent out to solicit endorsements for your book, advanced orders, and additional marketing assistance. Our marketing team will give you guidance and advice on how to obtain the best endorsements for your book.
Galley copies are differentiated by a seal on the front cover which reads, “Advanced Reader’s Edition,” a list of marketing and contact information on the back cover, and a light watermark on each page of the book. Once your book has been completed by our layout department and a cover established, a galley version of the book will be created and printed.
On the Blog Post Questionnaire, you will be asked to highlight up to 10 points from your book that will use to hone in on and turn into blog post(s). The marketing department will speak with you about these topics, ask for additional insight on the points to touch on throughout each post, and then work to write the article in your voice. Approximately 350 words, these blog posts will be sent to you for review, edits, and approval. The final version of the article will be posted onto your GoRead Buzz page by the marketing department and shared across all social media platforms.

Press releases have four major benefits:

The marketing department will send out a press releases about your book in order to gain general exposure. The press release will be shared across your social media profiles and are used throughout the book’s marketing campaign.

You, the author, will speak directly with our on-staff publicist. Together, you will craft a list of media-centric speaking topics to use when pitching you to media outlets. The eight weeks of media outreach and bookings will take place around the launch of your book (two weeks pre-launch and six weeks post-launch). However, the publicist will start organizing and pitching you and your book as soon as two months prior to the launch. The publicist will garner a minimum of fifteen new and traditional PR bookings. This includes, but is not limited to, online radio, print, online publications, and magazines.
Included in this offer is 3 months of the Author’s Buzz Subscription program at GoRead. You will receive a 45-minute set up training call with a manager from our subscription services team. They will help you to set up the program and show you how you can earn between $500 and $1000 per month just by writing articles and sharing them on a weekly basis. Within 6 months, you can earn back the entire cost of the package, if you follow our directions. In your first year, you will earn between $4,000 and $6,000. You will also receive support in properly setting up your book page. 
Reader’s Legacy has created a unique advertising opportunity for authors around the world. Now you can advertise your book directly on the profile page of any reader who loves your genre. By filling up their libraries with books they have read, readers are telling us their preferences. We will give you enough LitCoins (the official currency of Reader’s Legacy) to advertise your book on the pages of your future fans. Five thousand impressions are guaranteed.

Ken Dunn will join you on Zoom.us for an interview about your book and platform. This video will be posted on Youtube, GoRead & Facebook. We will spend $100 on boosting the post to your targeted demographic on Facebook. ire, you will be asked to highlight up to 10 points from your book that will use to hone in on and turn into blog post(s). The marketing department will speak with you about these topics, ask for additional insight on the points to touch on throughout each post, and then work to write the article in your voice. Approximately 350 words, these blog posts will be sent to you for review, edits, and approval. The final version of the article will be posted onto your website (if applicable) by the marketing department and shared across all social media platforms.
We will create an email announcement about your book for your approval. Once approved, we create a dedicated email to our list of over 100,000 readers. The email list is growing by over 2,500 new readers every single week. The email will be directed to your book page on GoRead.  We limit the dedicated email to 2 books and 2 emails per day. One email goes out at 8 am EST in the morning and the second at 3 pm EST, in the afternoon, 5 days a week. We encourage you to book in advance to coordinate with your book launch.
The GoRead (Readers Legacy) Facebook page has over 60,000 people and every post gets between 400 and 800 likes. We will create a dedicated post about your book that will go out at the same time as the dedicated email. The page is growing by over 100 new people per day. In 2017, we expect this page to grow to over 500,000 likes before Nov 2017. We will boost this post to your targeted demographic and spend $100 on this boost. 
A post on the GoRead corporate page appears on every reader’s feed. You will receive a post for you video and a post for your book.
This feature is a must-have for online book sales. The Look Inside feature allows customers to view a digital version of the beginning of your book. The staff at Next Century Publishing will enable your Look Inside feature on Amazon approximately thirty days prior to the launch date.
